The city of Santa Monica's primary location for Pickleball is Memorial Park, located at 1401 Olympic Blvd. Sixteen pickleball courts are co-located on four tennis courts. Courts 2, 3, and 4 have pickleball nets on wheels and are first come, first served when not in use for city programs or approved permits.

3.0 Skill Level = Intermediate

3.5 - 4.0  Skill Level = Advanced Intermediate

4.0 - 4.5  Skill Level = Advanced 

Drop-in pickleball 

 Courts are set up for games to be played on a rotation basis using the paddle stacking system to queue into games. Players should have basic knowledge of the rules and techniques of the game. 

 

• Create an Activenet account. In your account, you can include family members. For Drop-in pickleball, you can enroll up to two participants per session. Santa Monica residents are asked to email a picture of a current photo ID (as proof of residency) to pickleball.office@santamonica.gov
•  After creating your Activenet account, type "Pickleball" in the search bar in Activenet. Choose your date. 
•  Cancellation Policy: Fees are nonrefundable. When a session is cancelled due to weather or maintenance, participants will receive a refund and will be notified by e-mail. 
•  Note: Drop-in play sessions are 3 or 4 hours long. You can play for all, or part of the time, and you can arrive after the start time. Drop-in is flexible, so you can enjoy your time on the court. If there is room for more players, you can sign up when you arrive at the court.
